We’ve been avid vanners since we bought our first caravan in 2007. Starting with a small (16ft) pop-top, we did plenty of small trips, with a couple of bigger ones thrown in for good measure. The dogs didn’t travel with us for most of these trips, instead staying at home with the grand parents.
Having completed a 5 week trip to the red-centre in 2009 and 4 weeks through outback NSW and Queensland in 2010, we decided that we wanted to start travelling with the babies.
It was therefore why we began to research the possibilities of doing the full lap with the furry ones in tow. This is the story of our adventures as the traipse around Australia, but first of all, let us introduce ourselves.
